Lyndee Paulus was born and raised in Northern Michigan, where she developed an early love for winter activities. A passion for ski racing led her to pursue an athletic career both on the U.S. Ski Team and at the University of Vermont. Lyndee raced both at the North American Cup and European Cup level, and completed her collegiate career as the team captain and 5x NCAA All-American. While at the University of Vermont she received both an undergraduate and a doctorate degree. Following graduate school on the east coast, she moved to Colorado with her family to pursue the mountain lifestyle that she’d always imagined. 

Lyndee’s competitive background in ski racing has translated into her professional career as a mortgage lender. Her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and effective education techniques create a smooth and successful lending experience. She truly enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them to fulfill the home buying dream that best fits their individual situation. She looks forward to continuing her mortgage lending career here in the high country by providing excellent service to her clients and lasting connections with local realtors.
